Bonjour! I'm Massimo Gellarthy, and ice cream is my passion. Over time, I was disappointed by the industry: I realized that it is deceiving us and ice cream is no longer real! So I opened my own studio, and together with the ingenious Ice Cream Chef, we overcooked ice cream: restoring the ancient technology and completely abandoning the synthetic components. We make ice cream exclusively from natural ingredients and freeze just in front of our guests. I recreated the essence of ice cream - a brief moment of the highest pleasure that cannot and should not lie in the refrigerator for months.

730 years ago Marco Polo brought to Italy stolen recipes of amazing delicacy in China. It was the first ice cream - a surreal pleasure that could not be saved, because there were no refrigerators yet.

I found these recipes in old Italian books and they captivated me. I asked myself: Massimo, why do you live in a world of artificial ice cream? Then I made up my mind: I gathered a team of brilliant creators and opened an ice cream studio. We have declared a war on synthetics and we only make natural ingredients: if it is Gorgonzola and Pear, it is a real Gorgonzola and a real Pear!

Ice cream is our passion, and we put our soul into it: mix natural ingredients in the eyes of the guest, and then freeze it with liquid nitrogen. The shaker fogs in - and the real magic begins! And our glorious ice cream rolls are cooked right on the ice table - and it's also a wonderful sight.

I always dreamed of making such ice cream that I wanted to try all the varieties for one thing. I believe that ice cream is a special magic, and every time I prepare something new, I feel like a magician in my own show.

Massimo Gellarty's Ice Cream is a fantasy lab. You won't believe it, but we make sushi, rolls, burgers, masterpieces and pizzas from ice cream, complement them with salads, snacks, first and main courses!
