Gillardeau oyster with garlic fresh soy sorbet and Tabasco sauce, La Speciale Geay oyster with pomegranate sorbet and Dijon mustard, Versaille oyster with zesty Gorgonzola ice cream, Fine de Claire oyster with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc sorbet... Sounds like a quote from a Parisian menu restaurant with three Michelin stars. But it's definitely better! Because all this, except for oysters, of course, you will cook with Massimo!
