Chess tournament in LAVINA MALL
The children's chess tournament in one of the largest megamalls in Kyiv - the "LAVINA MALL" shopping center gave children and adults new emotions and impressions. After all, new technologies contributed to intellectual concentration and the atmosphere of a real competition. The interactive food court of the shopping and entertainment center has become a convenient platform for playing chess.
Children of the Sviatoshyn district, who train on the basis of the "Sports for All" network and are members of the "Gambit" chess club, were able to demonstrate their skills as young grandmasters. Multi-touch tables and software allowed the tournament to be held in accordance with all standards of professional play.
The competition was successful. Results of the family chess tournament:
1st place: Kovtutski family;
2nd place: Sikorski family;
3rd place: The Mamut family.
A total of 12 family teams of the Svyatoshyn district took part in the competition.
The future champions are trained by the honored coach of Ukraine, international master Roman Oleksandrovych Khayetskyi.
The tournament caused a storm of positive emotions, the participants are looking forward to the new tournament in the format of the XXI century!
