RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION "We Give 150,000 UAH"

hereinafter referred to as the "Official Terms" or "Rules"

(the title "We Give 150,000 UAH" refers to the transfer of prizes under the terms of these Rules)

• The Promotion is held in accordance with the terms of these Rules (Official Terms).
• The Customer and the Organizer are not responsible for the Participant's failure to familiarize themselves with these Rules.

1. Customer, Organizer and Partner of the Promotion

1.1. The Customer of the Promotion entitled "We Give 150,000 UAH" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "LAVINA SHOPPING CENTER", (EDRPOU code 38537759), located at: 04128, Kyiv, Berkovetska St., b. 6D

1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is:

- LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "KET Media Production",  EDRPOU code 45458168 ), located at: 04128 Kyiv, Berkovetska St., b. 6D

- LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "PROFI EDZ"  (EDRPOU code 40895333), located at: 04201 Kyiv, Kulzhenkiv Sim'yi St., b. 35.

1.3. Partner No. 1 of the Promotion is LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "SKYFALL", (EDRPOU code 38594199), located at: 03151 Kyiv, Ushynskogo, b.40, lit. B’, room 204 (trademark “Kybernetiki”).

1.4. Partner No. 2 Charitable Foundation “TVOYA OPORA” - (EDRPOU code – 39226810), located at: 08292, Kyiv region, Bucha, Vodoprovidna st., b. 48, apt. 15.

2. Prize Fund of the Promotion

2.1. The prize fund of the Promotion is limited.

2.2. Prizes of the Promotion:

2.2.3. Gift certificates of the trademark "KIBERNETIKA" with a face value of UAH 5,000.00 (five thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) hryvnias each, in the amount of thirty pieces, hereinafter referred to as Certificates, for a total amount of UAH 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks).

2.2.4. Guaranteed gifts in the total amount of 400 pieces, namely a shopper bag in the amount of 300 pieces and a portable speaker in the amount of 100 pieces.

2.2.5. The transfer of a Certificate means the provision of a Certificate, which entitles to a discount on the face value of the Certificate when paying for the cost of goods and/or services. The Gift Certificate is not a payment document or security. The Certificates are valid until 12/31/2025. Gift Certificates can be used exclusively when making purchases in the store of the "KIBERNETIKI" brand.

2.2.6. The transfer of a guaranteed gift means the transfer of one of the guaranteed gifts (shopper bag or portable speaker) of your choice.

2.2. The Customer and the Organizers of the Promotion ensure the organization and conduct of the Promotion. Partner No. 1 and/or third parties involved by them ensure the transfer/presentation of the Promotion prizes to the Winners of the Promotion.

2.3. Partner No. 1 of the Promotion ensures the opportunity for the winners to use the Promotion Prizes they received in the "KIBERNETIKI" store, located at: 6D Berkovetska St. (LAVINA Shopping Center)

2.4. The Promotion Prizes may be received by the Winners of the Promotion only under the conditions specified in these Rules.
2.5. The appearance and content of the Promotion Prizes may differ from their images in the promotional materials of the Promotion, and may not meet the expectations of the Participants of the Promotion.

ATTENTION! This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, service in the field of gambling business, or competition, and these Rules are not a public promise of a reward or the conditions of the competition.

3. Main provisions of the Promotion in the shopping mall

3.1. The Promotion is held on the territory of the Lavina Shopping and Entertainment Center, located at: Kyiv, Berkovetska Street, 6D (hereinafter referred to as the Shopping Mall), and will last from 14:00 on 11.04.2025 to 17:00 on 31.05.2025 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion Period in the Shopping Mall may be changed by notification on the official website of the Shopping Mall https://lavinamall.ua/ and the Customer’s social media pages.

3.2. Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion in the Shopping Mall?

• All citizens of Ukraine who permanently reside in Ukraine and who are 18 years old at the time of the Promotion in the Shopping Mall;
• Participants of the Promotion in the shopping mall may be individuals, provided that they fulfill the conditions for participation in the Promotion in the shopping mall, as stipulated in these Rules.

3.3. The following are not recognized as participants of the Promotion in the shopping mall and are not entitled to participate in the Promotion in the shopping mall:

• persons who are under 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion in the shopping mall;
• persons who have not fulfilled the conditions of these Rules;
• non-residents of Ukraine;
• owners and employees of the Customer/Organizers/Partner No. 1 or representatives of the tenants of the shopping mall "Lavyna" (including, but not limited to: service personnel of the shopping mall "Lavyna"), owners and employees of other third parties involved in the Promotion and servicing the shopping mall "Lavyna", including advertising agencies, cleaning, security and other organizations, as well as immediate members of their families.

4. Goods, the purchase of which entitles you to participate in the Promotion in the shopping mall

4.1. A mandatory condition for participation in the Promotion in the shopping mall is the purchase of goods on the territory of the shopping mall "Lavina" (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods"). The list and location of stores, the purchase of goods in which entitles you to participate in the Promotion in the shopping mall, can be found on the shopping mall website https://lavinamall.ua/ or directly in the shopping mall at information stands/stands.

5. Terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion in the shopping center

5.1. To acquire the status of a Participant of the Promotion in the shopping center, it is necessary:

5.1.1. Make a purchase of Goods for the amount of UAH 1,500.00 or more (one thousand five hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) with one payment document (cash receipt, merchandise receipt, expense receipt, payment receipt confirming the fact of sale (purchase) of Goods, and registered in the prescribed manner by the registrar of settlement operations or the software registrar of settlement operations, or filled in manually), which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase in any store on the territory of the shopping center, with the exception of the Silpo supermarket, or make a purchase of Goods in the Silpo supermarket for the amount of UAH 4,000.00 or more. (four thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) in one payment document, which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase.

5.1.2. Make a charitable contribution to the "Your Support" Foundation in the amount of at least 100 (one hundred) UAH. 00 kopecks.

5.1.3. Register a payment document confirming the purchase that meets the terms of the Promotion in the shopping mall by filling out the Questionnaire at the promotional registration desk in the "Lavyna" shopping mall near the stage.

5.2. Registration by filling out the Questionnaire can be carried out by the Participant of the Promotion in the shopping mall independently or with the help of promoters, at the promotional desk on the territory of the "Lavyna" shopping mall.

Promotional counter and promoters working hours:

Every day at the following hours:

from 04/11/2025 to 05/31/2025 inclusive:

Mon-Fri: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;

Sat-Sun: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;

05/31/2025: from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

5.3. The questionnaire is filled out by entering information about the Participant necessary to participate in the Promotion in the shopping center, namely: Last name, first name, patronymic, check amount, date of purchase, name of the store where the purchase was made, e-mail, phone number.

5.4. The Participant who has fulfilled the terms of the Promotion in the Shopping Mall participates in the draw for Prizes from Partner No. 1.

Only settlement documents (checks) of the Participant of the Promotion in the Shopping Mall with the date and time corresponding to the period of the Promotion in the Shopping Mall and for which registration in the Promotion in the Shopping Mall has been made in accordance with the terms of these Rules are allowed to participate in the Promotion in the Shopping Mall.

The following settlement documents (fiscal or commodity checks) do not comply with the terms of the Promotion in the Shopping Mall:

- which were received during purchases that were made outside the Promotion Period in the Shopping Mall (before 14:00 on 11.04.2025 and after 17:00 on 31.05.2025);

- issued in violation of the terms of these Rules.

5.5. One Participant has the opportunity to register an unlimited number of checks for participation in the Promotion in the SEC during the entire period of the Promotion in the SEC, subject to compliance with all the conditions of these Rules.

5.6. By participating in the Promotion in the SEC, the Participants of the Promotion in the SEC hereby confirm the fact of familiarization with these Promotion Rules and their full and unconditional agreement with them.

5.7. The Participants of the Promotion in the SEC, by participating in the Promotion, voluntarily agree to provide the Organizer of the Promotion with information (including personal data) determined by the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion as necessary to receive the relevant Promotion Prize.

5.8. Violation by the Participants of the Promotion of these Rules or refusal of the Participants of the Promotion to properly comply with these Rules (including the conditions specified in these Rules, the procedure and terms of holding the Promotion and/or receiving the Promotion Prizes, etc.) shall be deemed a refusal of the Participant to participate in the Promotion. In this case, such a person shall not have the right to receive any compensation from the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion and/or third parties involved by them.

5.9. Participants of the Promotion in the shopping mall must keep the originals of the payment documents (checks) for the Goods on the basis of which they participate in the Promotion in the shopping mall, to confirm the purchase made in the shopping mall "Lavyna" during the Promotion period.

5.10. The Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion have the right to require the Participant of the Promotion to present originals of settlement and other documents for the Goods participating in the Promotion in the shopping mall, as well as receipts for payment of the charitable contribution at any time at their discretion.

5.11. The Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion have the right, and the Winner is obliged to provide for verification the originals of receipts confirming the charitable contribution, settlement and other documents and/or other information provided for by these Rules, within 14 days from the moment of determining the Winner.

6. Prize Draw within the Promotion

6.1. The draw, which will determine the Winners, will be held on Children's Day, namely:

May 31, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

6.1.1. The Winners for receiving Certificates will be determined by holding a draw:

- the first Winner will receive ten certificates with a face value of 5,000 hryvnias each, for a total amount of 50,000.00 hryvnias (fifty thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks);

- the second Winner will receive twenty certificates with a face value of 5,000 hryvnias each, for a total amount of 100,000.00 hryvnias (one hundred thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks);

6.1.2. The selection of winners to receive guaranteed prizes - a shopper bag or a speaker is carried out directly during the registration of the first 400 (four hundred) Participants by filling out the Questionnaire at the promotional registration desk in the Lavina Shopping Center.

Attention! The Prize Draw ends at 6:00 p.m. on May 31, 2025 or (in case of change) on the day and time specified on the official website of the Shopping Center https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages as the end time of the draw.

6.2. The Customer may report the exact time or change in the date and time of any draw within the Promotion on the official website of the Shopping Center https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

6.3. The Winners of the Promotion to receive Certificates will be determined by the Organizer at random by drawing lots among all registered Participants participating in the Promotion. The drawing will take place as follows:

6.3.1. The Organizer (the host of the draw) will select the appropriate number of Winners of the Promotion by means of a lottery machine containing the registered Questionnaires of the registered Participants of the Promotion by means of a “blind” draw (selection of Questionnaires without prior review of their content).

6.3.2. The Participant of the Promotion whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize will be notified of this immediately at the place of the draw on the day of the draw by verbal announcement.

6.3.3. The presence of the Participant of the Promotion at the place of the Prize draw is a mandatory condition for receiving the Prize.

6.3.4. If the Participant of the Promotion, whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize, does not confirm his presence at the place of the draw (lotto machine) within 5 (five) minutes from the moment of the relevant announcement, the Organizer (the leader of the draw) must call him once at the phone number indicated in the Questionnaire.

6.3.5. If the Participant of the Promotion does not pick up the phone or, having picked up the phone, does not confirm his participation in the Promotion and presence at the LAVINA shopping mall, or refuses to receive the Prize, or does not fulfill the requirements of these Terms, he loses the right to receive the Prize, and the Prize may be re-drawn among other Participants at random, by drawing lots among all other Questionnaires, or the Organizer may keep such prize for drawing during the next Promotion.

6.3.6. If a Questionnaire belonging to an already selected Participant is pulled from the lottery machine, such Questionnaire shall not be taken into account on the day of this particular draw. A Questionnaire belonging to an already selected Participant shall be removed from the lottery machine for the duration of this particular draw, and the draw shall be repeated in accordance with these Rules.

6.3.7. If the Participant whose Questionnaire was pulled from the lottery machine does not appear at the location specified by the Organizer, another Winner shall be selected by drawing lots.

6.3.8. If the Participant has fulfilled all the conditions stipulated by these Rules, he shall be declared the Winner and shall be entitled to the Prize.

Attention! The Organizers and/or the Customer of the Promotion reserve the right to change the algorithm and time of any draw and determine the Winners.

In the event of an air raid in the city of Kyiv and/or Kyiv region, the draw is suspended until the air raid is canceled and resumed after the announcement of the air raid. In the event of a long-term air raid, the draw may be postponed to another day, which will be announced on the official website of the shopping center https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the pages of the Customer in social networks.

In the event of an air raid lasting more than 3 hours in a row, the Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion reserve the right to hold the Prize draw online on the Instagram page. https://www.instagram.com/lavinamall.ua?igsh=M2Fwa2N6MXhzaHFz. In this case, changes to the terms of the draw will be announced additionally on the official website of the shopping mall https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

6.4. The Winners will be notified of their victory in the Promotion immediately during the draw.

6.5. The Prizes will be awarded after the draw.

6.6. The Prize will be received by the Winner by the Organizer on the central stage of the shopping mall on the day of the event.

6.7. From the moment the Winners receive the Prizes, the obligations of the Customer, the Organizer and Partner No. 1 to transfer the Prizes are considered fulfilled in full.

6.8. The Organizer and the Customer are not responsible for the inability to award the Prize to the Winner due to the latter’s refusal to undergo the verification specified in these Official Terms and Conditions.

6.9. The Prize will be awarded to the Winner of the Promotion by Partner No. 1.

6.10. The Customer/Organizer has the right to request the Winners to present the Prizes:

• Original/copy of passport or documents certifying identity and confirming citizenship of Ukraine, and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
• original of the payment document that was registered in the Promotion, exclusively for familiarization and verification of compliance by the Participant with all the terms of the Promotion.
• Receipt for payment of the charitable contribution.

6.11. The Winner of the Promotion has the opportunity to receive the Prize after the Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion has verified the original of the payment document and the receipt for the charitable contribution made by the Participant, indicated by the Winner when registering for the Promotion, as well as upon providing a copy of the documents certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine, and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (provided that the Winner does not apply for the return of the quality Goods according to the payment document (check), which became the basis for determining the Winner, in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights") and signing the application-confirmation of receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data. In the event that the Winner submits an application for the return of the Goods according to the payment document, which became the basis for determining the Winner, within the terms specified by the legislation of Ukraine, the Winner loses the right to receive the Prize.

6.12. The Customer and the Organizers have the right:

• to refuse participation in the Promotion to a person who has not fulfilled/improperly fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in these Rules;
• to refuse to issue the Prize/Prizes to the Winner who has not fulfilled the conditions necessary to receive such Prize/Prizes in accordance with these Rules.

6.13. The Customer and the Organizers bear no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

6.14. When receiving the relevant Prize, the Winner signs with the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data, the forms of which are determined by the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion.

6.15. The Winner's refusal to receive the Prize and/or refusal to sign the proposed documents stipulated by these Rules, including the provision of these documents later than the specified deadline, or the provision of information that has signs of fictitiousness or is unreliable, deprives the Winner of the right to receive the Prize and is considered the Winner's refusal to receive the Prize.

6.16. In the event that the Winner is unable/unwilling to use/receive the Prize for reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion, the Customer/Organizers shall not pay the Winner any compensation related to such inability to use/receive the Prize.

6.17. Replacement of Prizes with other goods/services is not allowed.

7. Receiving the Prizes by the Winners

7.1. The Winners may receive the Prize only in person.

7.2. The Prize(s) of the Promotion are not returnable or exchangeable.

7.3. The Customer and the Organizers shall not be liable for any disputes regarding the Prize(s), the Customer/Organizers shall not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants/Winners and the rights to receive the Prize(s). The Customer and the Organizers shall not be liable for determining the rights of the parties in any disputes.

7.4. The Customer and the Organizers are not liable in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any nature, blockades, significant changes in legislation in force in the territory and during the Promotion period, other circumstances beyond the control of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion.

7.5. The Customer and/or the Organizers are not liable for any expenses of the Winner/Winners related to receiving and further using the Prize/Prizes.

7.6. The Customer and the Organizers have the right:

• to refuse participation in the Promotion to a person who has not fulfilled/improperly fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in these Rules;
• to refuse to issue the Prize/Prizes to a Winner who has not fulfilled the conditions necessary to receive such Prize/Prizes, in accordance with these Rules.

7.7. The Customer and the Organizers do not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

7.8. When receiving the relevant Prize, the Winner signs with the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data, the forms of which are determined by the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion.

7.9. The Winner's refusal to receive the Prize and/or refusal to sign the proposed documents provided for by these Rules, including the provision of these documents later than the specified deadline, or the provision of information that has signs of fictitiousness or is unreliable, deprives the Winner of the right to receive the Prize and is considered the Winner's refusal to receive the Prize.

7.10. If the Winner is unable/unwilling to use/receive the Prize for reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion, the Customer/Organizers shall not pay the Winner any compensation related to such inability to use/receive the Prize.

7.11. Replacing the Prize with other goods/services is not allowed.

8. OTHER CONDITIONS

8.1. The Customer/Organizers of the Promotion reserve the right to change these Rules, the date and time of any draw/draws and the determination of the Winner, other conditions. Information about changes can be found on the official website: https://lavinamall.ua/

8.2. The Customer/Organizers of the Promotion are not responsible for the inability of the Winner to receive the Prize for any reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion, including due to the Winner indicating (providing) incorrect (untrue) and/or incomplete data, etc., which are necessary for participation in the Promotion, including the Winner's reference to illness, vacation, interruptions in the work of Ukrainian telecommunications operators, etc. In this case, such Winner is deprived of the right to receive any compensation from the Customer/Organizer.

8.3. The Customer/Promotion Organizers are not responsible for the future use of the Prizes.

8.4. The Winner agrees that in the event of receiving the Prize, his/her personal data provided to the Customer/Promotion Organizer, as well as the recording of the Prize awarding process itself, may be used in printed, audio and video materials without additional special consent of the Winner, and such use shall not be paid to the Winner in any way.

8.5. The Customer/Organizers of the Promotion shall not be liable for failure to hold the Promotion or for failure to award the Prize in the event of force majeure circumstances (including natural disasters, fires, floods, military actions of any nature, blockades, terrorist attacks, reports of mining, significant changes in the current legislation in force in the territory of the Promotion during the period of the Promotion, etc.) or other circumstances that make it impossible or difficult to fulfill obligations and do not depend on the will of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion.

8.6. In the event of a situation that suggests an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion. The decision of the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion is final and cannot be appealed.

8.7. The fact of filling out the Participant's Questionnaire means that the Participant fully agrees with all provisions of the Official Terms of the Promotion, as well as consent to the use, storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", to their transfer to third parties, for marketing and/or any other purpose, by methods that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transfer to third parties), in particular, to the free use of their name, surname, image (photo or video), interview or other materials about them for advertising purposes, including the right to publish their name and image (photo or video) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media, without restrictions on the territory and term of such use, and such use is not compensated (not paid) by the Organizers, Partners, the Customer or third parties. It is also considered that the Participant has consented to the use of his/her name and image within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Participants are familiar with their rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of

Personal Data”.

8.8. In cases where Partner No. 1, in fulfilling its obligations within the framework of this Promotion, carries out any transactions that are subject to taxation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, Partner No. 1 ensures the payment of all taxes, fees and mandatory payments provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, including personal income tax; preparation and submission of relevant tax reporting. Taking into account the terms of this clause, the Winner agrees that the payment by Partner No. 1 of the relevant taxes, fees and mandatory payments, including personal income tax, does not exempt the Winner, in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, from submitting an annual declaration of their property status and income for the past year.

8.9. The Rules are approved by the Customer/Organizers of the Promotion and are valid for the duration of the Promotion.
