RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION "Valentine's Day at Lavina Shopping Center" (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Terms" or "Rules")

• The Promotion is held in accordance with the terms of these Rules (Official Terms).
• The Customer, Organizer and Partners of the Promotion are not responsible for the Participant's failure to familiarize themselves with these Rules.

1. Customer, Organizer and Partners of the Promotion

1.1. The Customer of the Promotion entitled “Valentine’s Day in Lavina Shopping Center” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “LAVINA SHOPPING CENTER”, taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 38537759 (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

1.2. The Organizer of the Promotion is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KET MEDIA PRODUCTION”, taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 45458168 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.3. The Partners of the Promotion are:

1.3.1. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "KALPA", Legal address: 04050, Kyiv, Mykola Pymonenko St., 13, Building 6A, Office 6A/14, Taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine EDRPOU: 41079889 (hereinafter - "Partner-1");

1.3.2. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "STRONG IMPORT" Location: 01042, Kyiv, John McCain St., Building 37a, Office 1, Taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine EDRPOU: 41095387 (hereinafter - "Partner-2");

1.3.3. CHARITY ORGANIZATION RUSLAN SHOSTAK CHARITABLE FUND, Location: 49001, Dnipro, Troitska St., bldg. 15/3, office No. 1, taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 44821459 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner-3").

2. Prize Fund of the Promotion

2.1. Prizes to be drawn:

2.1.1. Prize No. 1 - Dreame Miracle Pro Hair Dryer + Aqua 10 Roller Robot Vacuum Cleaner

2.1.2. Prize No. 2 - Dreame Miracle Pro Hair Dryer + Aqua 10 Roller Robot Vacuum Cleaner

2.1.3. Prize No. 3 - TOUS Bold Bear Necklace

2.2. The Prize Fund of the Promotion is limited to the number of Prizes specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules.

2.4. The Customer, Organizer, Partners of the Promotion and/or third parties involved by them ensure:

- transfer/presentation of Prizes to the Winners of the Promotion;

- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine regarding the taxation of the Prizes received is ensured by the Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the provisions specified in section 7 of these Rules.

2.6. Prizes may be received by the Winners of the Promotion only on the terms specified in these Rules.

2.7. The appearance and content of the Prizes may differ from their images in the promotional materials of the Promotion, and may not meet the expectations of the Participants of the Promotion.

2.8. In total, 2 (two) Winners may win the Dreame Miracle Pro Hair Dryer + Aqua 10 Roller Robot Vacuum Cleaner in the Promotion, and 1 (one) Winner who will win the TOUS Bold Bear Necklace.

2.9. ATTENTION! This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Rules are not a public promise of a reward or terms of the contest. The Customer, Organizer, Partners and/or third parties involved by them do not receive any reward from the Participants of the Draw for their participation in it.

2.10. Receiving Prize No. 1 and Prize No. 2 in this Promotion means that the Winners will receive a Dreame Miracle Pro+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner Aqua 10 Roller for free from Partner-1, who calculates and pays for the Winners all taxes and fees that are subject to the Prize. In this regard, the Winner must provide the Organizer with all requested documents, namely, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a National Tax and Customs Registration Certificate, and other documents as necessary.

2.11. By receiving Prize No. 3 in this Promotion, it is understood that the Winner receives a TOUS Bold Bear Roller Necklace free of charge from Partner-2, who calculates and pays for the Winner all taxes and fees that are levied on the Gift. In this regard, the Winner must provide the Organizer with all requested documents, namely, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a National Tax and Customs Registration Number, and other documents as necessary.

2.12. Charitable contributions (donations), hereinafter referred to as Donations, made in accordance with the terms of this Promotion are collected and used by Partner-3 in accordance with the purpose (goals) agreed upon by Partner-3.

3. Main provisions of the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion is held on the territory of the shopping and entertainment center "Lavyna", located at: Kyiv, Berkovetska Street, 6D (hereinafter also - the "Lavyna" shopping and entertainment center or the shopping and entertainment center), which will last from 01.02.2026 to 15.02.2026 inclusive (hereinafter - the "Promotion Period").

The Promotion period may be changed by notification on the official website of the shopping and entertainment center https://lavinamall.ua/ and the Customer's social media pages.

3.2. Who has the right to participate in the Promotion?

• All citizens of Ukraine who permanently reside in Ukraine and who are 18
• years old at the beginning of the Promotion;

Individuals may participate in the Promotion provided that they fulfill the conditions for participation in the Promotion provided for in these Rules.

3.3. The following persons are not recognized as participants of the Promotion and are not entitled to participate in the Promotion:

• persons who are under 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion;
• persons who have not fulfilled the terms of these Rules;
• non-residents of Ukraine;
• incapacitated persons;
• owners and employees of the Customer/Organizer/Partner or representatives of tenants of the Lavina Shopping Center (including, but not limited to: service personnel of the Lavina Shopping Center stores), owners and employees of other third parties involved in the Promotion and servicing the Lavina Shopping Center, including advertising agencies, cleaning, security and other organizations, as well as members of their families (husband (wife) and children who have reached the age of majority; as well as all persons who live together, are connected by common life, including persons who live together but are not married).

4. Goods, the purchase of which entitles you to participate in the Promotion

4.1. A mandatory condition for participation in the Promotion is the purchase of goods on the territory of the Lavina Shopping Mall (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”). The list and location of stores, the purchase of goods in which entitles you to participate in the Promotion, can be found on the shopping mall website https://lavinamall.ua/ or directly in the shopping mall at information stands/stands.

5. Terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion

5.1. To acquire the status of a Participant of the Promotion, it is necessary to fulfill all the conditions listed below during the Promotion period:

5.1.1. At your own choice, make a purchase of Goods for the amount of UAH 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) with one payment document (cash receipt, merchandise receipt, electronic receipt, expense receipt, payment receipt confirming the fact of sale (purchase) of goods, and registered in the prescribed manner by the registrar of payment transactions or a software registrar of payment transactions, or filled in manually) which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase in any store on the territory of the shopping center, with the exception of the Silpo supermarket, or make a purchase of Goods for the amount of UAH 4,000.00 or more. (four thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) in one payment document, which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase in the Silpo supermarket;

5.1.2. Make a Donation, the amount of which is not less than 50 (fifty) hryvnias;

5.1.3. Register payment documents and Donations in accordance with the terms of these Rules.

5.2. Registration of payment documents confirming the purchase of goods, services and Donations is carried out by filling out the Questionnaire at the registration desk (promotion desk) in the Lavina shopping mall near the stage.

5.3. The Participant of the Promotion fills out the Questionnaire independently, or with the help of promoters, at the promotion desk on the territory of the Lavina shopping mall.

Promotional counter and promoters working hours:

Daily during the following hours:

• from 01.02.2026 to 14.02.2026 inclusive:

Mon.-Fri.: from 14.00 to 20.00;

Sat.-Sun.: from 12.00 to 20.00;

• 15.02.2026: from 12.00 to 18.00

5.4. Procedure for Registration of Participants of the Promotion

5.4.1. The questionnaire is filled out by entering the following information about the Participant, namely:

Last name, first name, patronymic, amount of the payment document, date of purchase, name of the store where the product or service was purchased, phone number.

5.4.2. After filling out the questionnaire, the Participant hands it over to the Promoter, who must check whether the Participant has the original payment document and/or electronic receipt and its printed copy, for the amount specified in these Rules.

5.4.3. Using the QR code located on the promotional stand, the Participant makes a Donation in the amount specified in these Rules and presents confirmation of the Donation made to the Promoter.

5.4.4. After receiving the Questionnaire, checking the original of the payment document and/or the electronic check and its printed copy, as well as checking the Participant's Donation, the Promoter provides the Participant with the original of the Questionnaire with the attached original of the payment document and/or the printed copy of the check).

5.4.5. From the moment of receiving the original of the Questionnaire with the attached original of the payment document and/or the printed copy of the check), the Participant is considered registered to participate in the Promotion.

5.5. Conditions for participation in the Promotion

5.5.1. The Participant has the right to participate in the Prize Draw only if he/she is personally present at the Draw and has with him/her the original of the application form with the attached original of the payment document, including a printed electronic receipt and a document confirming the identity and citizenship of Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and provide confirmation of the Donation made during the Participant's registration.

5.5.2. Only payment documents (checks) of the Participant of the Promotion with the date and time corresponding to the period of the Promotion and for which registration in the Promotion was made, in accordance with the terms of these Rules, are allowed to participate in the Promotion.

5.5.3. Representatives of the Organizer may check the availability of the documents specified in clause 5.6.1 from the Participant, including confirmation of the Donation made by the Participant.

5.5.4. The Participant shall receive Prize No. 1, Prize No. 2 and Prize No. 3 in person.

5.6. The following settlement documents do not comply with the terms of the Promotion:

- for goods, services that were purchased outside the Promotion Period (before 02/01/2026 and after 18:00 on 02/15/2026);

- settlement documents issued in violation of the terms of these Rules.

5.7. One Participant has the opportunity to register an unlimited number of Questionnaires for each separate settlement document, while for the registration of each new check, the Donation is carried out separately each time, provided that all the terms of these Rules are met.

5.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion hereby confirm the fact of familiarization with these Promotion Rules and their full and unconditional agreement with them.

5.9. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion voluntarily agree to provide the Organizer of the Promotion with information (including personal data) determined by the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion as necessary to receive the relevant Promotion Prize.

5.10. Violation by the Participants of the Promotion of these Rules or refusal by the Participants of the Promotion to properly comply with these Rules (including the conditions specified in these Rules, the procedure and terms for holding the Promotion and/or receiving the Promotion Prizes, etc.) shall be deemed to be the Participant's refusal to participate in the Promotion and receive the Prizes. In this case, such a person shall not be entitled to receive any compensation from the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion.

5.11. Participants of the Promotion must keep the originals of the payment documents (including electronic receipts and their printed copies) for the Goods to confirm the purchase of the Goods at the Lavina Shopping Center during the Promotion period.

5.12. The Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion has the right to require the Participant of the Promotion to present the originals of the payment documents (printed electronic receipts) and other documents and other information provided for by these Rules, at any time at its discretion.

6. Holding the Prize Draw within the Promotion. Determination of Winners to receive the Prizes

6.1. The draw will be held on February 15, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Customer has the right to change the dates and time of the draw.

6.2. The Customer may inform about the exact time or change of the date and time of the draw within the Promotion on the official website of the SEC https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the pages in the Customer's social networks.

Attention! The Prize Draw ends at 7:00 p.m. on February 15, 2026 or (in case of its change) on the day and time specified on the official website of the SEC https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the pages in the Customer's social networks as the end time of the draw.

6.3. The Winners of the Promotion from the Prize Draw will be determined by the Organizer at random by drawing lots among all registered Participants participating in the Promotion. The drawing will take place as follows:

6.3.1. Procedure for drawing Prizes.

The Organizer (the leader of the draw) using a lottery machine containing the Questionnaires of the registered Participants of the Promotion, by means of a "blind" draw (selection of Questionnaires without prior review of their content) will select one by one the Winner's Questionnaire to receive the Prize. If a Questionnaire belonging to an already selected Participant is selected from the lottery machine, such Questionnaire is not taken into account and is removed from the lottery machine, and another Winner's Questionnaire is selected again in accordance with these Rules.

6.3.1.1. The Participant of the Promotion, whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize, will be notified of this immediately at the location of the draw on the day of the draw by verbal announcement.

6.3.1.2. The presence of the Participant of the Promotion at the location of the Prize draw is a mandatory condition for receiving the Prize.

6.3.1.3. If the Participant of the Promotion, whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize, does not confirm his presence at the location of the draw (lotto machine) within 5 (five) minutes from the moment of the relevant announcement, the Organizer (the leader of the draw) must call him once at the phone number indicated in the Questionnaire.

6.3.1.4.. If the Participant of the Promotion does not pick up the phone or, having picked up the phone, does not confirm his participation in the Promotion and presence in the Lavina Shopping Center and/or does not fulfill the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, he loses the right to receive the Prize, and the Organizer (the host of the draw) selects another Participant at random, by drawing lots using a lottery machine among all other Questionnaires.

6.3.1.5. After selecting the Participant for the draw and receiving the Prize, the Organizer checks with the specified Participant whether all the conditions stipulated by these Rules have been met and, if his Questionnaire is approved, awards the Prize to such Winner.

6.3.1.6. One Participant of this Promotion has the right to be selected as the Winner of only one Prize, regardless of the number of registered Questionnaires.

Attention! The Organizer and/or the Customer of the Promotion reserves the right to change the algorithm and time of the draw and determine the Winner.

In the event of an air raid in the city of Kyiv and/or Kyiv region, the draw is suspended until the air raid is canceled and resumed after the air raid is canceled. In the event of a long-term air raid, the draw may be postponed to another day, which will be announced on the official website of the shopping mall https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

In the event of an air raid lasting more than 3 hours in a row, the Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion reserve the right to hold the Prize draw online on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/lavinamall.ua?igsh=M2Fwa2N6MXhzaHFz. In this case, changes to the terms of the draw will be announced additionally on the official website of the shopping mall https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

6.4. Winners will be notified of their victory in the Promotion immediately during the draw.

6.5. The Prizes are awarded after the draw is held under the terms of these Rules.

6.6. The Prize is received by the Winner by the Organizer presenting the winning Prize on the central stage of the Lavina Shopping Center on the day of the event.

6.7. The Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and third parties involved by them do not assume responsibility for any disputes regarding the Prizes, do not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants/Winners of the Promotion and their rights to receive the Prizes.

The Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and third parties involved by them do not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

In the event of the Winner's refusal to receive the Prize, any claims of the Winner in this regard shall not be accepted and shall not be considered.

6.8. From the moment the Winner receives the Prize under the terms of these Rules, the obligations of the Customer, the Organizer and the relevant Partner shall be deemed to have been fulfilled in full.

6.9. The Organizer, the Customer and the Partners shall not be liable for the inability to award the Prize to the Winner due to the latter's refusal to undergo the verification specified in these Official Terms.

6.10. Prizes to the Winners of the Promotion shall be awarded by the Organizer of the Promotion.

6.11. The Customer/Organizer has the right to request the following documents (but not exclusively) from the Winner in order to award the Prize:

• Original/copy of documents proving identity and confirming citizenship of Ukraine and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
• the original payment document (printed copy of the electronic check) that was registered in the Promotion, exclusively for familiarization and verification of the Participant's compliance with all terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6.12. The Winner of the Promotion has the opportunity to receive the Prize after verification by the Customer and/or the Organizer of the original payment document (including the electronic receipt and its printed copy) specified by the Winner when registering for the Promotion, as well as upon providing documents that identify the person and confirm the citizenship of Ukraine and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card, etc. (provided that the Winner does not apply for the return of the quality Goods according to the payment document (fiscal receipt), which became the basis for determining the Winner, in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights") and signing a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data. In the event that the Winner submits an application for the return of the Goods according to the payment document, which became the basis for determining the Winner, within the terms specified by the legislation of Ukraine, the Winner loses the right to receive the Prize.

6.13. The Customer and the Organizer have the right:

• to refuse participation in the Promotion to a person who has not fulfilled/improperly fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in these Rules;
• to refuse to award the Prize/Prizes to a Winner who has not fulfilled the conditions necessary to receive such a Prize in accordance with these Rules.

6.14. The Customer and the Organizer do not bear any responsibility for the reliability of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

6.15. When receiving the relevant Prize, the Winner signs with the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data, the forms of which are determined by the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion.

6.16. The Winner's refusal to receive the Prize and/or refusal to sign the proposed documents stipulated by these Rules, including the provision of these documents later than the specified deadline, or the provision of information that has signs of fictitiousness or is unreliable, deprives the Winner of the right to receive the Prize and is considered the Winner's refusal to receive the Prize.

6.17. In the event that the Winner is unable/unwilling to use/receive the Prize for reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizer/Partner of the Promotion, the Customer/Organizer/Partner shall not pay the Winner any compensation related to such inability to use/receive the Prize.

6.18. Replacement of any Prize of this Promotion with other goods/services is not allowed.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to change these Rules, the date, time of any draw/draws and the determination of the Winner, etc. Information about changes can be found on the official website: https://lavinamall.ua/

7.2. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the inability of the Winner to receive the Prize for any reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion, including due to the Winner indicating (providing) incorrect (untrue) and/or incomplete data, etc., which are necessary for participation in the Promotion, including the Winner's reference to illness, vacation, interruptions in the work of Ukrainian telecommunications operators, etc. In this case, such Winner is deprived of the right to receive any compensation from the Customer/Organizer.

7.3. The Customer/Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the future use of the Prize.

7.4. The Winner agrees that in the event of receiving the Prize, his/her personal data provided to the Customer/Promotion Organizer, as well as the recording of the Prize awarding process itself, may be used in printed, audio and video materials without additional special consent of the Winner, and such use shall not be paid to the Winner in any way.

7.5.The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion shall not be liable for failure to hold the Promotion or for failure to award the Prize in the event of force majeure circumstances (including natural disasters, fires, floods, military actions of any nature, blockades, terrorist attacks, reports of mining, significant changes in the current legislation in force in the territory of the Promotion during the Promotion period, etc.) or other circumstances that make it impossible or difficult to fulfill obligations and do not depend on the will of the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion.

7.6. In the event of a situation that suggests an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Customer of the Promotion. The decision of the Customer of the Promotion is final and cannot be appealed.

7.7. The fact of filling out the Participant's Questionnaire means that the Participant fully agrees with all provisions of the Official Terms of the Promotion, as well as consent to the use, storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", to their transfer to third parties, as well as consent to include the Participant's phone number to receive newsletters from the Customer of the Promotion, for marketing and/or any other purpose, by methods that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transfer to third parties), in particular, to the free use of his name, surname, image (photo or video), interview or other materials about him for advertising purposes, including the right to publish his name and image (photo or video) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media, without limitation on the territory and term of such use, and such use is not compensated (not paid) by the Organizer, Partner, Customer or third parties. It is also considered that the Participant has consented to the use of his name and image within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

The Participants of the Promotion are familiar with their rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

7.8. Taxation of the person who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. In cases where the Customer/Organizer/Partner, in fulfilling the obligations assumed within the framework of this Promotion, carries out any transactions that are subject to taxation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Customer/Organizer/Partner ensures the payment of all taxes, fees and mandatory payments provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, including personal income tax, preparation and submission of relevant tax reporting. Taking into account the terms of this clause, the Winner agrees that the payment by the Customer/Organizer/Partner of the relevant taxes, fees and mandatory payments, including personal income tax, does not exempt the Winner, in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, from submitting an annual declaration of his/her property status and income for the previous year in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

7.9. Partner-1 of the Promotion is recognized as a tax agent when awarding Prize No. 1 and Prize No. 2 of the winning tickets for the Dreame Miracle Pro+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner Aqua 10 Roller Hair Dryer

and undertakes to pay all relevant taxes and fees related to the awarding of the Prizes specified in this clause.

7.10. Partner-2 of the Promotion is recognized as a tax agent upon awarding Prize No. 3 - a winning ticket for a TOUS Bold Bear necklace and undertakes to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with the awarding of this Prize.

7.11. Partner-3 acts as a tax agent for transactions involving charitable contributions (Donations).

7.12. The Rules are approved by the Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and are valid for the duration of the Promotion.
