How Lavina Mall works during an air raid alert

The safety of our visitors, employees and tenants is Lavina Mall's priority.

In the event of an air alert, the mall's operating mode depends on the threat level. We ask visitors to remain calm, carefully monitor the announcements and follow the instructions of the mall's employees.

🟡 Yellow level - drone threat

Lavina Mall continues to operate as usual.

We ask visitors to:

• remain calm;

• pay attention to traffic signs and evacuation corridors;
• familiarize themselves with the exit directions in advance;
• monitor further announcements by the mall administration.

🔴 Red level - threat of missile strike

In the event of a red alert level, Lavina Mall's operation is suspended.

All visitors and employees must:

• immediately leave the shopping halls;
• go to the exit from the mall;
• follow the instructions of security and administration employees.

Important

Please do not ignore air traffic control signals and official announcements.

After the threat is over and the appropriate permission is received, Lavina will resume normal operations.
