RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

"Buy at LAVINA MALL - drive home in a MAZDA CX-30!"

(hereinafter referred to as the "Official Terms" or "Rules")

• The Promotion is held in accordance with the terms of these Rules (Official Terms).
• The Customer, Organizer and Partners of the Promotion are not responsible for the Participant's failure to familiarize themselves with these Rules.

1. Customer, Organizer and Partners of the Promotion

1.1. The Customer of the Promotion entitled "Buy at LAVINA MALL - drive home in a MAZDA CX-30!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "LAVINA SHOPPING CENTER", taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 38537759 (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "KET MEDIA PRODUCTION", taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 45458168 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

1.3. The partners of the Promotion are:

SUBSIDIARY ENTERPRISE "AUTO INTERNATIONAL", which is fully owned by a foreign investor (abbreviated name of SE "AUTO International"), taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 20051198 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner-1");

PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY "UKRNAFTA", taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 00135390 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner-2");

PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “DOBROBAT – VOLUNTEER CONSTRUCTION BATTALION”, taxpayer code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine 44859854 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner-3").

2. Prize Fund of the Promotion

2.1. Prizes to be drawn:

2.1.1. Prize No. 1 - MAZDA CX 30 car, 2025 model year - 1 pc (hereinafter referred to as the Car);

2.1.2. Prize No. 2 - Fuel (gasoline A-95) - 500 liters - 5 winning tickets, each for 100 liters - 5 pcs. Ukrnafta).

2.2. Guaranteed gifts:

2.2.1. Water bottle - 500 pcs.;

2.2.2. Pillow - 500 pcs.;

2.2.3. Shopper - 300 pcs.

2.3. The Prize Fund of the Promotion is limited to the number of Prizes and Guaranteed gifts specified in clauses 2.1 and 2.2 of these Rules.

2.4. Guaranteed gifts are provided to Participants for making a charitable contribution (hereinafter referred to as "Donation"), the amount of which is a multiple of at least 50 hryvnias, while fulfilling the conditions of the Rules of this Promotion.

2.5. The Customer, Organizer, Partners of the Promotion and/or third parties involved by them ensure:

- transfer/delivery of Prizes and Guaranteed Gifts to the Winners of the Promotion;

- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine regarding the taxation of the received Prizes and Guaranteed Gifts is ensured by the Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the provisions specified in section 7 of these Rules.

2.6. Prizes and Guaranteed Gifts can be received by the Winners of the Promotion only on the terms specified in these Rules.

2.7. The appearance and content of the Prizes and Guaranteed Gifts may differ from their images in the promotional materials of the Promotion, and may not meet the expectations of the Participants of the Promotion.

2.8. In total, in the Promotion, there may be 1 (one) Winner who won a Car and 5 (five) Winners who won tickets for fuel (A-95 gasoline), while 1 (one) Winner can receive only one Prize.

2.9. In total, in the Promotion, there may be 1300 (one thousand three hundred) Winners who can receive a Guaranteed Gift, while 1 (one) Winner can receive only 1 (one) Guaranteed Gift to choose from those proposed in clause 2 of these Rules. Payment of the cash equivalent of the value of the Prize, guaranteed Gift is not allowed.

2.10. ATTENTION! This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Rules are not a public promise of a reward or terms of the contest. The Customer, Organizer, Partners and/or third parties involved by them do not receive any reward from the Participants of the Draw for their participation in it.

2.11. Receiving Prize No. 1 in this Promotion means that the Winner receives a MAZDA CX 30, 2025 model year car from the Organizer free of charge, the Organizer charges and pays for the Winner all taxes and fees that are levied on the Gift. In this regard, the Winner must provide the Organizer with all requested documents, namely, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a National Registration Certificate, and other documents as necessary. The Winner pays independently and at his own expense all taxes, payments and fees that arise when registering the Car at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine or another authorized body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.12. Receiving Prize No. 2 in this Promotion means that the Winner receives from Partner -2 an electronic credit of 100 liters of A-95 gasoline to his own electronic fuel wallet, which is contained in the Ukrnafta application. A prerequisite for activating the crediting of winning liters of gasoline to the electronic fuel wallet of the Winner is registration in the Ukrnafta application. Activation of the crediting of winning liters of gasoline is carried out by Partner -2 within 5 (five) business days from the date of announcement of the prize.

2.1.13. Receiving a Guaranteed Gift in this Promotion means the transfer of one of the Guaranteed Gifts specified in clause 2.2. of this Promotion to the first 1300 (one thousand three hundred) duly registered participants of this Promotion who have duly fulfilled all the conditions of this Promotion in accordance with Section 5 of these Promotion Rules.

2.14. Charitable Donations - Donations made in accordance with the terms of this Promotion are collected and used by Partner No. 3 in accordance with the purpose (goals) agreed upon by Partner No. 3.

3. Main provisions of the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion is held on the territory of the shopping and entertainment center "Lavina", located at: Kyiv, Berkovetska Street, 6D (hereinafter also - the "Lavina" shopping and entertainment center or the shopping and entertainment center), which will last from 14:00 on July 17, 2025 to 17:00 on August 31, 2025 inclusive (hereinafter - the "Promotion Period").

The Promotion period may be changed by notification on the official website of the shopping and entertainment center https://lavinamall.ua/ and the Customer's social media pages.

3.2. Who is entitled to participate in the Promotion?

• All citizens of Ukraine who permanently reside in Ukraine and who are 18 years old at the beginning of the Promotion;
• Individuals may participate in the Promotion provided that they fulfill the conditions for participation in the Promotion provided for in these Rules.

3.3. The following persons are not recognized as participants of the Promotion and are not entitled to participate in the Promotion:

• persons who are under 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion;
• persons who have not fulfilled the terms of these Rules;
• non-residents of Ukraine;
• incapacitated persons;
• owners and employees of the Customer/Organizer/Partner or representatives of tenants of the Lavina Shopping Center (including, but not limited to: service personnel of the Lavina Shopping Center stores), owners and employees of other third parties involved in the Promotion and servicing the Lavina Shopping Center, including advertising agencies, cleaning, security and other organizations, as well as members of their families (husband (wife) and children who have reached the age of majority; as well as all persons who live together, are connected by a common life, including persons who live together but are not married).

4. Goods, the purchase of which gives the right to participate in the Promotion

4.1. A mandatory condition for participation in the Promotion is the purchase of goods on the territory of the Lavina Shopping Mall (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”). The list and location of stores, the purchase of goods in which gives the right to participate in the Promotion, can be found on the shopping mall website https://lavinamall.ua/ or directly in the shopping mall at information stands/stands.

5. Terms and procedure for participation in the Promotion

5.1. To acquire the status of a Participant of the Promotion, it is necessary to fulfill all the conditions listed below during the Promotion period:

5.1.1. Make a purchase of Goods for the amount of UAH 1,500.00 or more (one thousand five hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) with one payment document (cash receipt, merchandise receipt, expense receipt, payment receipt confirming the fact of sale (purchase) of goods, and registered in the prescribed manner by the registrar of payment transactions or a software registrar of payment transactions, or filled in manually) which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase in any store on the territory of the shopping center, with the exception of the Silpo supermarket;

5.1.2. Make a purchase of Goods for the amount of UAH 4,000.00 or more (four thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) in one payment document, which must clearly indicate the place (address) of purchase, date and amount of purchase in the Silpo supermarket;

5.1.3. Make a Donation, the amount of which is not less than 50 UAH;

5.1.4. Register payment documents and Donations in accordance with the terms of these Rules.

5.2. Registration of payment documents confirming the purchase of goods, services and Donations is carried out by filling out the Questionnaire at the registration desk (promotion desk) in the Lavina shopping mall near the stage.

5.3. The Participant of the Promotion fills out the Questionnaire independently, or with the help of promoters, at the promotion desk on the territory of the Lavina shopping mall.

Promotional counter and promoters working hours:

Daily during the following hours:

• from 07/17/202 to 08/30/2025 inclusive:

Mon-Fri: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;

Sat-Sun: from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;

• 08/2025: from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

5.4. Procedure for Registration of Participants of the Promotion

5.4.1. The questionnaire is filled out by entering the following information about the Participant, namely:

Surname, first name, patronymic, amount of the payment document, date of purchase, name of the store where the product or service was purchased, email address, phone number.

5.4.2. After filling out the questionnaire, the Participant hands it over to the Promoter, who must check whether the Participant has the original payment document for the amount specified in these Rules.

5.4.3. Using the QR code located on the promotional stand, the Participant makes a Donation in the amount specified in these Rules and presents confirmation of the Donation made to the Promoter.

5.4.4. After receiving the Questionnaire, checking the original of the payment document and checking the Participant's Donation, the Promoter provides the Participant with the original of the Questionnaire with the attached original of the payment document.

5.4.5. From the moment of receiving the original of the Questionnaire with the attached original of the payment document, the Participant is considered registered to participate in the Promotion.

5.5. The Participant who has fulfilled the conditions specified in clause 5.4 may receive a Guaranteed Gift (taking into account clause 6.3.10 of these Rules) and may participate in the Prize Draw from the Partner.

5.6. Conditions for participation in the Promotion

5.6.1. The Participant has the right to participate in the Prize Draw only if he/she is personally present at the Draw and has with him/her the original of the questionnaire with the attached original of the payment document and a document that certifies the identity and confirms the citizenship of Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and provides confirmation of the Donation made during the registration by the Participant.

5.6.2. Only payment documents (checks) of the Participant of the Promotion with the date and time corresponding to the period of the Promotion and for which registration in the Promotion was made in accordance with the terms of these Rules are allowed to participate in the Promotion.

5.6.3. Representatives of the Organizer may check the availability of the documents specified in clause 5.6.1 from the Participant, including confirmation of the Donation made by the Participant.

5.6.4. The Participant shall receive the Prize, the Guaranteed Gift in person.

5.7. The following settlement documents do not comply with the terms of the Promotion:

- for goods, services that were purchased outside the Promotion Period (before 14:00 on 07/17/2025 and after 17:00 on 08/31/2025);

- settlement documents issued in violation of the terms of these Rules.

5.8. One Participant has the opportunity to register an unlimited number of Surveys for each separate settlement document, while making one Donation regardless of the number of registrations during the entire Promotion period, provided that all conditions of these Rules are met.

5.9. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion hereby confirm the fact of familiarization with these Promotion Rules and their full and unconditional agreement with them.

5.10. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion voluntarily agree to provide the Organizer of the Promotion with information (including personal data) determined by the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion as necessary to receive the relevant Promotion Prize.

5.11. Violation by the Participants of the Promotion of these Rules or refusal by the Participants of the Promotion to properly comply with these Rules (including the conditions specified in these Rules, the procedure and terms of holding the Promotion and/or receiving the Promotion Prizes, etc.) is considered a refusal of the Participant to participate in the Promotion and receive the Prize and the Guaranteed Gift. In this case, such a person is not entitled to receive any compensation from the Customer and the Organizer of the Promotion.

5.12. The Participants of the Promotion must keep the originals of the payment documents for the Goods to confirm the purchase of goods at the Lavina Shopping Center during the Promotion period.

5.13. The Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion has the right to require the Participant of the Promotion to present originals of settlement and other documents and other information provided for by these Rules at any time at its discretion.

6. Holding a Prize Draw within the Promotion. Determination of the Winner to receive a Guaranteed Gift

6.1. The draw will be held on August 31, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Customer has the right to change the dates and time of the draw.

6.2. The Customer may notify the exact time or change the date and time of the draw within the Promotion on the official website of the SEC https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

Attention! The Prize Draw ends at 6:00 p.m. on August 31, 2025 or (in case of a change) on the day and time specified on the official website of the SEC https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages as the end time of the draw.

6.3. The Winners of the Promotion from the Prize Draw will be determined by the Organizer at random by drawing lots among all registered Participants participating in the Promotion. The drawing will take place as follows:

6.3.1. The Organizer (the host of the draw) using a lottery machine containing the registered Questionnaires of the registered Participants of the Promotion, by means of a "blind" draw (selection of Questionnaires without prior review of their content) will select the appropriate number of Winners of the Promotion.

6.3.2. The Participant of the Promotion whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize will be notified of this immediately at the place of the draw on the day of the draw by verbal announcement.

6.3.3. The presence of the Participant of the Promotion at the place of the Prize draw is a mandatory condition for receiving the Prize.

6.3.4. If the Participant of the Promotion, whose Questionnaire is determined to have won the Prize, does not confirm his presence at the place of the draw (lotto machine) within 5 (five) minutes from the moment of the relevant announcement, the Organizer (the leader of the draw) must call him once at the phone number indicated in the Questionnaire.

6.3.5. If the Participant of the Promotion does not pick up the phone or, having picked up the phone, does not confirm his participation in the Promotion and presence at the Lavina Shopping Center and/or does not fulfill the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, he loses the right to receive the Prize, and the Prize is re-drawn among other Participants at random, by drawing lots among all other Questionnaires.

6.3.6. If a Questionnaire belonging to an already selected Participant is selected from the lotto machine, such Questionnaire is not taken into account and removed from the lotto machine, and the draw is carried out again in accordance with these Rules.

6.3.7. If the Participant whose Questionnaire was drawn from the lottery machine does not appear at the place specified by the Organizer, another Winner will be selected by drawing lots.

6.3.8. If the Participant has fulfilled all the conditions stipulated by these Rules, he/she is declared the Winner and is entitled to the Prize.

6.3.9. If, after at least 5 (five) attempts within 10 (ten) days from the date of determining the Winners, the Organizer fails to contact the relevant Participant by phone number for contacting the Winner, it is considered that such Participant of the Promotion has lost the right to receive the Prize, and the Organizer has the right to determine the first Participant from the list of 25 (twenty-five) Reserve Winners of the Promotion as the Winner, which is formed in case the Winner refuses to receive the Prize or the Winner loses the right to receive the Prize. If the first Participant from the list cannot be recognized as the Winner for any reason, the Organizer will recognize the next Participant of the Promotion from the above list as the Winner, and so on.

6.3.10. Determination of Winners for the provision of the Guaranteed Gift - is carried out on the basis of the proper registration of the first 1300 (one thousand three hundred) participants of this Promotion who have properly fulfilled all the conditions of this Promotion in accordance with Section 5 of these Rules. The Guaranteed Gift is provided at the Participant's choice, which is available to the Organizer.

Attention! The Organizer and/or the Customer of the Promotion reserves the right to change the algorithm and time of the draw and determine the Winner.

In the event of an air raid in the city of Kyiv and/or Kyiv region, the draw is suspended until the air raid is canceled and resumed after the air raid is canceled. In the event of a long-term air raid, the draw may be postponed to another day, which will be announced on the official website of the shopping center https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the Customer's social media pages.

In the event of an air raid lasting more than 3 hours in a row, the Customer and/or the Organizer of the Promotion reserve the right to hold the Prize draw online on the Instagram page. https://www.instagram.com/lavinamall.ua?igsh=M2Fwa2N6MXhzaHFz. In this case, changes to the terms of the draw will be announced additionally on the official website of the shopping mall https://lavinamall.ua/ and/or on the pages of the Customer's social networks.

6.4. Winners will be notified of winning the Promotion immediately during the draw.

6.5. The Prizes will be awarded after the draw is held under the terms of these Rules.

6.6. The deadline for the Winner to apply for the car is 10 calendar days.

6.6.1. Prize No. 1 - Car is received after signing a tripartite agreement for the transfer of the Car between the Organizer, who is the payer of 100% of the cost of the Car, the Seller, who is Partner -1 and the Winner, as well as the Act of Acceptance of the Transfer of the Car (Prize). The transfer of the right to conclude the Agreement and/or sign the Act of Acceptance - Transfer of the Car to a third party is not allowed.

6.6.2. The place of delivery of the Car is notified in advance by the Organizer and agreed with the Winner at the time of the meeting. All expenses related to the Winner's travel to the place of delivery of the Car (including accommodation, meals, other expenses) are borne by the Winner and are not compensated by the Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion.

The appearance of Prize No. 1 may differ from the appearance depicted in the advertising materials. The configuration of the Car is determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

6.6.3. The Winner receives Prize No. 2 by presenting the winning ticket by the Organizer on the central stage of the Lavina Shopping Center on the day of the event.

6.6.4. The Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and third parties involved by them do not assume responsibility for any disputes regarding Guaranteed Gifts and Prizes, do not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants/Winners of the Promotion and their rights to receive Prizes, Guaranteed Gifts.

The Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and third parties involved by them do not bear any responsibility for the reliability of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

In the event of the Winner's refusal to receive the Guaranteed Gift, Prize, any claims of the Winner on this matter are not accepted and are not considered.

6.7. From the moment of receipt of the Prize, Guaranteed Gift by the Winner under the terms of these Rules, the obligations of the Customer, the Organizer and the relevant Partner are considered fulfilled in full.

6.8. The Organizer, the Customer and the Partners are not responsible for the inability to deliver the Prize or Guaranteed Gift to the Winner due to the latter’s refusal to undergo the verification specified in these Official Terms and Conditions.

6.9. Prizes to the Winners of the Promotion and Guaranteed Gifts are awarded by the Organizer of the Promotion.

6.10. The Customer/Organizer has the right to request the following documents (but not exclusively) from the Winner to award the Prize:

• Original/copy of documents proving identity and confirming citizenship of Ukraine and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
• the original of the payment document that was registered in the Promotion, exclusively for familiarization and verification of compliance by the Participant with all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6.11. The Winner of the Promotion has the opportunity to receive the Prize, the Guaranteed Gift after verification by the Customer and/or the Organizer of the original payment document specified by the Winner when registering for the Promotion, as well as upon providing documents that identify the person and confirm the citizenship of Ukraine and a certificate of assignment of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card, etc. (provided that the Winner does not apply for the return of the quality Goods according to the payment document (fiscal check), which became the basis for determining the Winner, in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights") and signing a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data. In the event that the Winner submits an application for the return of the Goods according to the payment document, which became the basis for determining the Winner, within the terms specified by the legislation of Ukraine, the Winner loses the right to receive the Prize.

6.12. The Customer and the Organizer have the right:

• to refuse participation in the Promotion to a person who has not fulfilled/improperly fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in these Rules;
• to refuse to issue the Prize/Prizes to the Winner, the Guaranteed Gift, who has not fulfilled the conditions necessary to receive such Prize, the Guaranteed Gift in accordance with these Rules.

6.13. The Customer and the Organizer do not bear any responsibility for the reliability of the information provided by the Participants of the Promotion, including information regarding their contacts.

6.14. When receiving the relevant Prize, the Winner signs with the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion a statement confirming receipt of the Prize and consent to the processing of personal data, the forms of which are determined by the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion.

6.15. The Winner's refusal to receive the Prize and/or refusal to sign the proposed documents stipulated by these Rules, including the provision of these documents later than the specified deadline, or the provision of information that has signs of fictitiousness or is unreliable, deprives the Winner of the right to receive the Prize and is considered a refusal of the Winner to receive the Prize.

6.16. In the event that the Winner is unable/unwilling to use/receive the Prize for reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizer/Partner of the Promotion, the Customer/Organizer/Partner shall not pay the Winner any compensation related to such inability to use/receive the Prize.

6.17. Replacement of the Prize, Guaranteed Gift with other goods/services is not allowed.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS

7.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to change these Rules, the date, time of any draw/draws and the determination of the Winner, etc. Information about changes can be found on the official website: https://lavinamall.ua/

7.2. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the inability of the Winner to receive the Prize, the Guaranteed Gift for any reasons beyond the control of the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion, including due to the Winner indicating (providing) incorrect (untrue) and/or incomplete data, etc., which are necessary for participation in the Promotion, including the Winner's reference to illness, vacation, interruptions in the work of Ukrainian telecommunications operators, etc. In this case, such a Winner is deprived of the right to receive any compensation from the Customer/Organizer.

7.3. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the future use of the Prize, Guaranteed Gift.

7.4. The Winner agrees that in the event of receiving the Prize, Guaranteed Gift, his personal data that was provided to the Customer/Organizer of the Promotion, as well as the recording of the process of awarding the Prize/Guaranteed Gift, may be used in printed, audio and video materials without additional special consent of the Winner, and such use is not paid to the Winner in any way.

7.5.The Customer/Promotion Organizer shall not be liable for failure to hold the Promotion or for failure to deliver the Prize or Guaranteed Gift in the event of force majeure circumstances (including natural disasters, fires, floods, military actions of any nature, blockades, terrorist attacks, reports of mining, significant changes in the current legislation in force in the territory of the Promotion during the Promotion period, etc.) or other circumstances that make it impossible or difficult to fulfill obligations and do not depend on the will of the Customer/Promotion Organizer.

7.6. In the event of a situation that suggests an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any controversial issues and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Customer of the Promotion. The decision of the Customer of the Promotion is final and cannot be appealed.

7.7. The fact of filling out the Participant's Questionnaire means that the Participant fully agrees with all provisions of the Official Terms of the Promotion, as well as consent to the use, storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", to their transfer to third parties, for marketing and/or any other purpose, by methods that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transfer to third parties), in particular, to the free use of their name, surname, image (photo or video), interview or other materials about them for advertising purposes, including the right to publish their name and image (photo or video) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media, without restrictions on the territory and term of such use, and such use is not compensated (not paid) by the Organizer, Partner, Customer or third parties. It is also considered that the Participant has consented to the use of his/her name and image within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

The Participants of the Promotion are familiar with their rights stipulated in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.

7.8. Taxation of the person who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. In cases where the Customer/Organizer/Partner, when fulfilling the obligations undertaken within the framework of this Promotion, carries out any transactions that are subject to taxation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Customer/Organizer/Partner ensures the payment of all taxes, fees and mandatory payments stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine, including personal income tax, preparation and submission of relevant tax reporting. Taking into account the terms of this clause, the Winner agrees that the payment by the Customer/Organizer/Partner of the relevant taxes, fees and mandatory payments, including personal income tax, does not exempt the Winner, in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, from submitting an annual declaration of his/her property status and income for the previous year in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 179 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

7.8.1. The Winner, who receives the Prize in the form of a Car, at his own expense, takes appropriate actions to register it at the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (services of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, obtaining a state license plate, a certificate form, payment of fees/deductions provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, etc.), which in any case is not compensated by the Customer/Organizer/Partner of this Promotion.

7.9. The Organizer of the Promotion is recognized as a tax agent when awarding Prize No. 1 - a Car, and undertakes to pay all relevant taxes and fees associated with the awarding of this Prize.

Partner - 2 of the Promotion is recognized as a tax agent when awarding Prize No. 2 - a winning ticket for receiving (fuel) gasoline - A-95, and undertakes to pay all relevant taxes and fees associated with the awarding of this Prize.

Partner - 3 acts as a tax agent for transactions on making charitable contributions (Donations).

7.10. The Rules are approved by the Customer/Organizer/Partners of the Promotion and are valid for the duration of the Promotion.
