Not just a new store: CHER'17 rethinks the offline experience at Lavina Shopping Mall
CHER'17 has renovated the space in the Lavina shopping mall in Kyiv, focusing on the main thing - more freedom for the client, more space for collections and a more comfortable shopping experience.
At a time when the buyer is used to interacting with the brand online, a physical store should provide what the screen cannot: the opportunity to see the item live, feel the material, try on the image and spend time in the brand's space. It is around this principle that CHER'17 has rethought its store in the Lavina shopping mall.
The updated space has received a new layout, a modern display and lighting system, as well as five fitting rooms. The trading area after the redevelopment is about 129 m².
Instead of the maximum amount of trading equipment - more air, clearer zoning and the opportunity to comfortably interact with the collection. The project includes new display furniture, backlit mirrors, a sofa area, a cash register and branded elements that form a holistic store environment.
"We wanted to create a space where the buyer does not just choose an item, but interacts with the brand," the CHER'17 team comments.
The renovation of the Lavina store is part of the development of CHER'17's offline presence and a new approach to the brand's physical space. The store becomes not only a place of sale, but an environment in which the collection, interior and customer experience work as a single whole.
